T-Shirt Design Competition

Bacalls NYC has partnered with local fashion executive Chris Collie and his company, Collie Holdings, to construct a competition for independent U.S. designers to create a unique t-shirt for the rebranded Bacall's restaurant that staff will wear and guests can purchase, with 10% of the profits from the sale & $1,000 going to the winner, who will be announced at our Grand Re-Opening celebration in June.

As an independently owned business, we understand the hit that independent businesses have taken, especially the creatives who often depend on venues to maintain a living. We are inspired by the arts, and we believe in creating opportunities for those who have inspired us.

The Assignment:

Create a unique t-shirt design to compliment the brand of

Bacall's Craft Kitchen & Steaks

that will be worn by our staff & available for sale. It can be a front & back design, or just the back.

The Rules:

  1. You must be following @BacallsNYC on instagram.

  2. Must be a U.S. designer

  3. You must share the Bacall's Design Competition post for voting

  4. All submissions should be sent to with the subject: Bacall's Design Competition

  5. You may submit as many designs as you like

The Prize:

  • $1,000 cash prize

  • 10% of the sale of the shirt online & in store

  • VIP passes to the Grand Re-Opening

  • Your design displayed at a 16,000 sq ft restaurant in the most famous city in the world
